Leaving the pan on the hob and cover with a lid. If you like it a little creamier add some more milk as it cooks.
Add the pinch of salt and grated orange zest at the end once the heat is off.
Brown rice pudding oat milk. Stir and let the pudding set for 15 minutes. Stir the mixture occasionally until the rice is tender and the mixture is creamy about 25 minutes. Bring the milk to a boil reduce heat to medium low and cook for 20 minutes stirring frequently to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pan and clumping together.
In a medium pot combine brown rice 4 cups of milk butter and vanilla extract. Stir the rice and sugar into the pan and return to a simmer. 1 cup arborio rice.
Remove from heat and add 2 cups of milk raisins and chia seeds. Remove from heat stir in butter cinnamon. Stir a few times.
Put the pan on at a medium heat. In medium saucepan combine rice milk syrup raisins if including them bring to boil. In a medium saucepan combine the rice and oat milk.
Pour the oat milk and water into a large pan stir in the sweetener and salt then add the pudding rice. Stir the pudding continuously and bring to a gentle boil then lower the heat continue to stir and simmer for a few minutes. 3 4 tbsps granulated sugar to taste bring 4 cups of oat milk or almond milk cinnamon stick vanilla bean pod and seeds and a pinch of salt to barely a simmer in a medium saucepan over medium low heat.
Add the milk sugar salt rice vanilla cinnamon and nutmeg to a saucepan and heat over high heat. Reduce heat simmer 20 minutes stirring frequently. Place over medium heat and bring to a simmer.
Bring to a boil and cook on low covered for 40 minutes. Stir to mix well. If desired garnish with additional cinnamon.
