Pour 200ml 1 cup of oat milk over your paste. Heat oat milk in a small saucepan over medium low heat and bring to a gentle simmer.
If you want organic chocolate oat milk add organic cocoa organic vanilla extract and 4 organic pitted dates to the blender.

Pour in the remaining oat milk and chopped chocolate and turn the heat to medium. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. You can froth the oat almond coconut or other milk with a barista steamer or in a pan with a hand whisk or electric frother.
Now transfer the mixture into a high powered blender and blend on high for a minute or until the mixture is frothy. Just heat it through enough for the chocolate to melt about 3 5 minutes. Mix well using a fork or a spoon.
Pour foamed milk over the cacao paste. Heat on low and whisk the mixture until the cocoa is fully dissolved and clump free. It should look like a paste.
Transfer to a pan and heat up your hot cocoa on medium heat for about 4 5 minutes until you can see steam rising from your pan. Take organic oats and add to a blender with water and pinch of salt. Add maple syrup cocoa powder and 3 tablespoons of the oat milk to a small pot.
Pour it over the cacao so it mixes and the top is covered in foam. As the milk heats in a small bowl whisk cacao powder with 1 tbsp of the milk and the maple syrup to form a slurry this extra step will prevent the cacao from clumping. Strain the liquid into a thin dish towel over a fine mesh sieve into a jug.
