what’s up everybody this is lyle with no hippie BBQ and I’ve had various kinds of little crave for some chicken offstages so I’mfiguring you know what let’s go ahead and knock cold some sugar garlic chickenwings I’m gonna be doing this recipe in my Magic Chef air fryer all theinformation for that aura fryer is going to be in the description belowingredients are going to be broke down into two different sections so firstly ofall we have what we’re going to be using on our chicken wings which is I have some cornstarch some salt garlic and pepper and as far as our sauce vanishes thunder we’regonna have some chicken inventory some sugar sesame grains garlic a little bit of soysauce a little of white wine vinegar and “were having” some lettuce onions now Idon’t have a particular recipe for this but what I will try to do is leave anapproximation of what my parts are in the description so our first stepwhat we’re going to want to do is we’re going to want to go ahead and season upour chicken and get a coating of this corn starch on it so let me kind of movethis back around here and the first thing I’m going to do is go ahead andseason it let’s just go ahead and drop that on and I have about 15 chickenwings right here and these chicken backstages are still a little bit moist from when Irinsed them off all right so that examines is right to me now we’re gonna it’s gonna goahead and throw in some of this cornstarch and I’m just gonna throw alittle bit at a time precisely to make sure that we’re not adding too much and it’snot kind of clumping up on it and what this cornstarch heated upwe’re just going to go ahead and heave these wings in like I suggest that they do havea delightful little coating on that from that cornstarch make sure we had earlier so Ilet these go about ten minutes here’s kind of what we’re looking like I don’tthink they’re really gonna need any oil or anything like that so I’m just gonnalet them proceed probably another ten minutes should be a wrap so here’s kind of whatwe’re looking like after another ten minutes so that’s 20 minutes in totaland I prefer to have my fat made a little bit more than this so I’m gonnago about another five minutes and that is advisable to it and we should be ready toget this all sauced up so these backstages are a done deal I’m gonna just go aheadand throw them in our sugar garlic sauce which is coagulated up neatly yeah we’re justgonna give them a good little tossing in here and make sure that they’re fullycoated all right those gape coated enough to me I’m just saying go aheadand sprinkle some sesame seeds on here give them one more quick toss and thenit’ll be time to plate up you so that’s what sugar garlic chicken offstages look like I’mtelling you they look beautiful to me let’s go ahead and go far see we conceive astonishing that honey garlic sauce is killer the offstages have a nicecrisp exterior you were able to tell if that cornstarch that’s kind of putting in alittle bit of is currently
